The online booking agencies such as Airbnb and Booking.Com charge you extra in commission – anything up to 20% – but they do offer guests some additional reassurance. However, you can read our fantastic reviews on these booking sites should you need reassurance that we’re genuine and offer a quality experience. We look for 2-night bookings at weekends and in school holidays but will take one night bookings at other times. If you want to book a longer break, that’s great too!

We offer a very simple and relaxed cancellation policy; you may cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. You will be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel in the 14 days before arrival.

However we are able to move your dates subject to availability and payment of any pricing difference.

Full payment will be taken at the time of booking - Credit & Debit Cards are processed on-line securely via Stripe.com or you can pay via direct bank transfer.
